Estelle Seha besitzt einen Master-Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften der Freien Universität Brüssel.
Nachdem sie Erfahrungen im Immobilienrecht in verschiedenen Kanzleien gesammelt hatte, trat sie im Februar 2025 der Havet & Vanhuffel – Anwaltsvereinigung bei.
Sein Lieblingsfach ist das zivile Immobilienrecht, nämlich das Sachenrecht (Eigentum, Grunddienstbarkeiten, Emphyteusis usw.), Immobilienverträge (Immobilienverkauf, Gewerbe) und Mietverträge, sowohl in der Beratung als auch in der Prozessführung.
Darüber hinaus berät sie ihre Mandanten in den Bereichen Landnutzungsplanung, Stadtplanung und Umweltrecht.
